1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Vivin OÜ (registry code 16027353), Punane tn 42, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia, which runs the Skyspoken brand. Questions about your data: hello@skyspoken.com.
2. The free calculators
The name, date, time and place of birth you enter in our calculators are processed only in your browser and are not sent to us. Your browser saves them on your device so that you do not have to enter them again. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When you type a birthplace, the letters you type are sent to our server only to find matching places. They are not stored and not linked to your other details.
3. The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, language, the reports you selected and the time of your consent, in order to tell you when ordering opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep this data until you unsubscribe, or at the latest until 12 months after ordering opens.
4. Orders
To prepare and deliver a report, we process your email address, the birth data entered for the report (including a partner's or child's data, if you order such a report), order and payment details, and the confirmations you give at checkout. The legal bases are the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Birth data is deleted 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it for later orders. Accounting records are kept for seven years, as Estonian law requires. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB (bank links and pay later) and Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods). If you pay with PayPal, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. also processes your payment details. The reports are written with the help of the AI service Claude by Anthropic, which receives only the details needed for the report.
5. Cookies and analytics
Without your consent, we only store technical choices on your device: your language, theme, calculator data and your cookie choice. These are not sent to us.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to see how the site is used. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to two years. No analytics data is sent before you accept. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
6. Processors and transfers
Our website and email are hosted by Zone Media OÜ in Estonia. If you accept analytics, Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data. Anthropic, PBC (United States) processes the birth data needed to write the reports, under standard contractual clauses. Stripe may process payment data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
If you use the help chat, the messages you write, the address of the page you are on, the reports in your cart and whether you have entered birth details (not the details themselves) are sent to Anthropic, PBC to write the answer. In Skyspoken Pro the chat also uses the state of your account, for example whether your VAT number is confirmed. To improve the assistant, we keep the questions and answers for 90 days together with the language, the page and your rating of the answer, but not linked to you: no IP address, account or cookie is stored, and e-mail addresses, phone, card, account and order numbers and dates are removed automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions and improving our service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Your browser keeps the conversation until you close the tab. Please do not enter payment card or bank details, passwords or health information in the chat.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@skyspoken.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or the supervisory authority in your country.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We process a child's birth data only when a parent or guardian orders a report about that child.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
