How it works
Create an account
Sign in with your e-mail and tell us about your practice. We confirm new accounts within a working day. Then you get 39 € of free credit, enough for a 25–30 page synthesis report.
Buy a credit pack
Pay by card or PayPal and get a VAT invoice by e-mail.
Order for a client
Enter the client's birth data, choose the report, language and settings.
Receive the files
Usually within 15 minutes: a zip by e-mail and everything in your account.

Your link and QR code
Your account has a personal link, a QR code for your reception or flyers, and a ready message to send to clients. Your clients get 10% off.

Questions
Can I sell the reports under my own name?
Yes. With branding switched on, the cover shows your name and logo and the report does not mention Skyspoken. The note that the text was created with the help of AI stays: the EU AI Act requires it, and clients deserve to know.
Can my team use the same credit?
Yes. Invite colleagues by e-mail and set how much each of them may use. You see who ordered which report and how much credit it took; client data stays with the person who ordered. Invoices come to you. Credit is for people who work for your organisation, not for passing on to other businesses.
Who is responsible for my clients' data?
You are the controller; Vivin OÜ processes the data on your behalf only to produce the report. Birth data and files are deleted 90 days after delivery. Sub-processors: Zone Media OÜ (hosting, Estonia), Anthropic (text generation), Stripe (payments).
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, for every pack, from Vivin OÜ (VAT number EE102508455). VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge) once their VAT number checks out in VIES.
What happens to unused credit?
It stays valid for 12 months from the purchase. If a report cannot be produced, the credit goes back automatically.
Why do you confirm accounts?
The packs are for working practitioners. We check that an account belongs to a practice, usually within a working day.
Can I check a report before the client sees it?
Always. The files come to you, not to the client, and the Word version lets you change anything.
How does the referral commission work?
You share your link, QR code or code. The client orders on our site and gets 10% off. You get 25% of their orders without VAT as credit (added to your account right away) or 20% in cash (paid monthly to your bank account or PayPal; we issue the invoice in your name), for life: the client stays yours for as long as they keep ordering. Your statistics are on the Referrals tab of your account.
Terms for practitioners
- Skyspoken Pro is for businesses and self-employed practitioners. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to credit packs.
- Credit is valid for 12 months from purchase and is not refundable in cash, except where the law requires it. Free trial credit is valid for 30 days and has no cash value.
- You may give or sell the reports to your clients under your own name. The AI note in the report must stay.
- The account owner may share credit with people who work for the organisation or on its behalf, for the organisation's own business. Credit may not be sold or passed on to other businesses. Members follow these terms. The owner sees which reports members ordered and how much credit they used, but not their clients' data.
- Referrals: clients who order through your link, QR code or code get 10% off. You earn 25% of the amount without VAT of that client's orders as credit, or 20% in cash, for life: for as long as the client keeps ordering from us. The order belongs to the partner whose code was used on it; without a code, to the partner who brought the client first. There is no commission on your own purchases; if an order is refunded, its commission is cancelled. Cash commission is paid at the start of each month to your bank account (SEPA) or PayPal when it is at least €10; a smaller amount moves on to the next month. By choosing cash you agree that Vivin OÜ issues the invoice for your commission in your name (self-billing) and you accept such invoices unless you object within 14 days; you are responsible for the VAT and tax of your income. In your promotion you say that you are a Skyspoken partner, and you do not send spam or make misleading claims. We may change the rates with 30 days' notice; commission already earned stays yours.
- You are the controller of your clients' personal data and need a legal basis to share it with us. Vivin OÜ processes it only to produce and deliver the report, keeps it secure and deletes it 90 days after delivery. These terms are our data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).
- Reports are symbolic interpretations for self-reflection, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Our liability is limited to the price of the credit used for the report in question.
