1. Seller

Skyspoken is a brand of Vivin OÜ (registry code 16027353), Punane tn 42, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: hello@skyspoken.com.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases of digital reports on skyspoken.com. By placing an order, you accept the terms in force at that time. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

3. The reports

Reports are digital content in PDF format. They are calculated from the birth data you provide and written with the help of artificial intelligence, following our guidelines. The content, format and required data of each report are described on its page.

Reports are meant for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they do not predict the future.

4. Your data

A report is based on the data you enter. Please check names, dates, times and places before ordering. If a birth time is unknown or approximate, the parts of the report that depend on it are marked as approximate. If you enter another person's data, for example a partner's or a child's, make sure you are entitled to do so.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Seller's VAT number: EE102508455. The price shown at checkout is final. You pay in advance through the payment provider shown at checkout, and the contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

The report is sent as a PDF to the email address you give within 24 hours of payment. If it has not arrived, please check your spam folder and contact us.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once supply has begun, if you have given your express prior consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Because each report is prepared immediately after payment, we ask for this consent at checkout and confirm it by email. Without this consent, an order cannot be placed.

8. Faulty reports

If a report does not match what was ordered, for example because of a wrong name or date, a calculation error or a file that cannot be opened, contact us. We will correct and resend the report free of charge or, if that is not possible, refund the price. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Liability

We prepare reports carefully, but astrology, numerology and Human Design are interpretive systems. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a report. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Use of reports

A report is for your personal use. You may share it with people you know, but you may not resell it or publish it commercially.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at hello@skyspoken.com; we reply within 14 days. Consumers in Estonia may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee). Consumers in other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.

Estonian law applies. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
